My Stressed out… Graduation

On Thursday June 4th 2009 was my high school graduation. The day started of good but soon after everything started to get stressful. Well first I had nothing to wear for my graduation day because last minute my mom convinced me to wear a dress on the big day. I’m not all into wearing dresses and skirts so something that I thought was going to take maybe one hour at the latest took more like two hours of my time.

During the same time I was looking for a dress to wear my uncle was coming all way from Georgia to show his support. We had to keep looking at the clock every two seconds and by the time we went home my mother had to start working on my hair and I had to start working on my nails. By the time we did all this we got a call from my uncle saying that he already was at my grandmother’s house which is ten minutes from mine. By this time it was already 3:45pm and my Graduation starts at 4:00pm and me and my mother did not have are clothes on yet. You could imagine two ladies running around the house mad. By the time I went to pick up my grandmother and my uncle it was 4:10pm and for some reason it was taking 20 years for my grandmother to come out. I guess because my uncle told her to change her shoes because they did not match. By the time I arrived at my graduation it was already 30 minutes in so I had to make my fashionably late entrance and pray that my cap did not fall. It took us 20 minutes to fit my cap on my head since my mother decided to make a huge bun in the back of my head.
