The Health Careers Ambassadors Program (H-CAP) is a group of youth educators and organizers working in Jamaica Plain. Our goal is to work to create a community where all members have equitable access to health care and where everyone has the information they need in order to live healthy lives! We are members of The 84 because we believe creating tobacco-free community for young adults is an important part of reaching our overall goal.
