The 84 warmly welcomes back Lowell Community Health Center for another year of fighting against tobacco as a Chapter AND as a movement! 2011-2012 proves to be an exciting year full of opportunities to expose the tobacco industry, get more teens pumped about The 84, and take on The 84 Chapter Challenge.
