  • In Massachusetts, 7400 young people become daily smokers every year.

  • 117,000 young people who are under 18 and living in MA right now will eventually die early from smoking. (1)

  • Nearly 400,000 youth a year start smoking because they’ve seen it in movies. (7)

  • About 60% of the youth exposure to smoking in movies is from movies that are rated G, PG, or PG-13 – you know what that means! (8)
